This is a 3 part formula with herbal digestive sweep contains Cascara sagrada which encourages healthy elimination by stimulating the muscles in the intestine, to encourage healthy bowel elimination. Because of its strength, the Herbal Digestive Sweep (phase 3) of this cleanse should be used for no more than 10 days.Advantages - Cascara sagrada has the reliable strength to encourage healthy bowel elimination in most individuals.
