Myrrh Gum is a resin from certain trees found only in East Africa and Arabia. It has been used for centuries because of its aromatic and medicinal properties.
Myrrh is frequently mentioned in the Bible, and was an important item of trade in the Middle East.
Dosage: Take 2 capsules three times daily, preferably with food.
