Kelp is a nutritional seaweed. This species of kelp grows in coastal ocean waters from 1 to 10 feet deep with the tide.
Natures Way uses whole dried plant guaranteed to contain 0.06% iodine.
Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed recommended dose.
