Young Fem is an herbal preparation for young women to provide relief for common symptoms associated with PMS. It has Saraca indica, a source of tannin, catechin, and naturally occurring iron; Centella asiatica, which promotes blood circulation, supports collagen tissue, and is considered in Ayurveda to be cognitive support; and aloe vera, which, in addition to its traditional uses as a liver and colon support, also supports female health. Symplocos racemosapromotes urinary health, and bamboo manna is a source of silica, and supports female reproductive health. Young Fem also has pyridoxal-5-phosphate, an form of vitamin B6, which has been shown to provide relief for common symptoms associated with PMS.
