Product Description
Green Tea extract is standardized to 95% polyphenols. Natures Way Green Tea extract is guaranteed to contain 75% total catechins with 55% epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), a powerful antioxidant responsible for much of Green Teas healthy benefits.
Natures Way Standardized Green Tea is a low caffeine extract.
Dosage: Take 1 capsule one to two times daily, preferably with food. Two capsules contain the same amount of EGCG as three cups of Green Tea.
