Our refrigerated packing protects the bacteria from exposure to excesses of heat that may occur during shipping.We refrigerate our probiotics in the warehouse and during shipping.This is to prevent extremes and to maximize the potency of bacterial strains over time.While the Ice pack will thaw during shipping and the product may be warm to touch, the temperature maintained in the container is well below the level at which damage to the bacteria could occur.To maintain the benefits of the probiotics through the expiration date, it is suggested that the products be refrigerated as they are received.
We do not take returns on any probiotics or other refrigerated products.
Any unopened item purchased can be returned within (30) days from day of ship. Due to strict inventory control a 40% restocking fee will be applied. However, in the event a customer receives an incorrect item a full refund will be issued. When this happens, the invoice, or copy of, should be enclosed with the return. We do not provide call tags so the customer is responsible for shipping the products back. Product must be properly packed to insure safe return. All refrigerated items are non-returnable.
